Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase! If, however, you would like to return or exchange any part of your order, we have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after your item(s) has been delivered to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unworn or unused, with all Brand or size/care tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items eligible for return will not have deodorant marks, visible wear or damage, odors (such as smoke or perfumes), staining, pilling or fabric pulls, etc.
Return Process
To start a return, you can find "Request a Return" at the bottom of our site's homepage, or go to https://shopify.com/67334734038/account. You will be prompted to enter the same email address you used to place your order.
The customer will be responsible for covering return shipping charges at the time of your return. All returns can be sent to: Losiniecki Lifestyle Brands, LLC, PO Box 793, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. If your return is not accepted, we will return the item to you as-is.

Exchanges
In order to exchange your item, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, you will receive a notification for the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded less the initial shipping cost on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you do not see a refund on your original payment method, please contact us at info@prosperfitclothing.com.
Damages and Other Order Issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right!
All clearance items or final sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Any and all damages caused by the wear, use, laundering, drying, or storage of Prosper apparel is the customer's full responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please ensure you are entering an accurate shipping address for your purchase. Prosper is not responsible for lost or undelivered products for the entry of inaccurate shipping addresses. We will not allow any refunds or returns in such cases.
